There are three different methods to make your reservations at Hotel Borinquen:

2. Download, print and fax a reservations form

Reservations Policies

1. ADDITIONAL CHILD RATES:
   

2. Up to two children 12 years old and under included in our double occupancy rate. Additional children under 12 will be charged the the additional child rate. Children over 12 will be charged the additional adult rate.
   

3. The additional child rate is $25/night during the high season, $20/night during the green season and $30/night during the holiday season
   

4. ADDITIONAL ADULT RATES:
   

5. The first two guests will be charged the double occupancy rate. The additional adults staying in the same room will be charged $35/night during the high season, $25/night during the green season or $55/night during the holiday season and will have access to the same services and conveniences as other guests.
   

6. CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
   

7. Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival will not be subject to any penalty
   

8. A 50% charge of the total reservation will be applied if cancellation takes place 30-21 days before scheduled arrival
   

9. A 75% charge of the total reservation will be applied to cancellations that take place 21-7 days before scheduled arrival
   

10. Reservations cancelled 0-7 days before the scheduled date of arrival will be charged in full as well as early departures
    

11. No Shows will be charged with 100% of the reservation
    

12. FORMS OF PAYMENT:
    

13. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover.
    

14. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT’:
    

15. Our standard Check-in is 3:00 pm (15:00) and Check-out is 11:00 am. If requested in advance and subject to availability, we offer early check-in or late check-out.
